Essential Functions: Coordinate teaching intern placements and application process.Coordinate placements for OCE course practica. Assist Director in sustaining positive partnerships with K-12 schools.Maintain OCE core program documents, including calendars, course syllabi, handbooks, and website content.Coordinate OCE data collection and rubrics for CAEP accreditation.Coordinate OCE data collection for Michigan Department of Education compliance.Assist Director in implementing Teacher Education Division's continuous improvement plans.Coordinate OCE Canvas sites and listservs.Coordinate OCE use of digital platform for instructional coaching. Coordinate course compliance for OCE courses.Coordinate personnel contracts.Collaborate with Director to develop and lead professional development, orientations and seminars for Clinical Instructional Coaches and teaching interns.Coordinate Capstone Celebration with University teacher preparation faculty, K-12 school partners, and community partners.Liaise with Academic Advisors to support students.Interview, train, and supervise OCE student assistants.Train and provide ongoing project oversight to OCE support staff.Maintain compliance with Michigan Department of Education policies re. teacher certification.
Qualifications: Master's in Education or comparable field.Successful experience working in urban K-12 schools serving diverse students.Successful experience with instructional coaching.Strong technology skills.
