Two Research Associate (postdoctoral fellow) positions are available in the Gilad Lab in the Biomedical Engineering Department (BME) and the Institute for Quantitative Health Science and Engineering (IQ) at Michigan State University. The BME Department offers a unique environment for performing state of the art research with many of the top scientists in the field.
The research project focuses on:
-Constructing synthetic biology device in mammalian cells
-Imaging bioengineered cells in a rodent
-Developing innovative strategies for regenerative medicine
The positions are NIH funded for one year, with the possibility of renewal based upon mutual agreement and availability of funds.

PhD or similar degree is required.
