Major Duties: - Direct overall administration and operation of SAMPI- Provide instruction in the Mallinson Institute for Science Education- Conduct externally-funded evaluation, research, and other programmatic activities
Minimum Qualifications: - Doctoral degree in an area related to science or math education, or to evaluation methodologies. Must have a background in a STEM or STEM Education field and knowledge/skills in program evaluation/educational research.- Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skills and ability to work with clients external to the University (K-12 educators, higher education faculty, and informal educators).- Administrative experience, including grant and contract acquisition and administration, budget and personnel management, and unit operations.
