Siena Heights University is a private, Catholic, coeducational institution, sponsored by the Adrian Dominican Sisters, located in Adrian, Michigan. The Division of Education seeks to fill a full-time, faculty line position in Education beginning fall 2019, with primary attention toward state and national accreditation. The Division of Education is especially interested in candidates with experience in research, data analysis, and design and development of assessment instruments specifically related to CAEP accreditation. In addition to teaching responsibilities, faculty are expected to work collaboratively; contribute service to the University through committee work, curriculum development, and maintain an active program of scholarship and professional development.
An earned doctorate in Education or a closely related field is required. It is preferred that all highly qualified applicants also have experience with P-12 teaching, collegiate-level teaching, teacher certification, and the effective integration of technology in the classroom.
