Responsible for the recruitment of new traditional students to the campus. Leads the campus undergraduate admissions team through hiring of staff, training, day-to-day supervision, professional development and regular assessment. Reflects, articulates, and promotes the mission, vision, and identity of the University, both internally and externally. Full time, 12 months.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
Bachelor's degree from a regionally accredited College or University required, Master’s degree preferred.
The ideal candidate will have progressively responsible and successful experience in the administration of recruitment and enrollment programs in higher education.
Evidence of strong analytical and problem-solving skills; an ability to think strategically; and demonstrated experience building collaborative relationships across campus and working with diverse groups of individuals while successfully supporting and managing a team will be required.
Must be able to balance responsibility with a sincere concern for effective customer service to employees, students, and the general public.
