Job Summary: JOB SUMMARY: The Associate Provost for Enrollment Management has responsibility for leadership and administration of the enrollment management functions.� The APEM will expand and implement University's strategic enrollment management plan, develop predictive analytics for both recruitment and retention and bear responsibility for enrollment success.� � ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Oversees the successful administration and management the Offices of Admissions, Graduate Admissions, Registrar, and Advisement, including budgets.� Collaborates closely with the Offices of Financial Aid, Financial Services and Integrated Marketing.� Expands upon and and implements the strategic enrollment management plan to successfully reach enrollment goals.� � Collaborates with academic colleges and other units to implement initiatives to achieve recruitment and retention goals. � Develops annual goals for the unit, and individual offices that are aligned with the University's overall Strategic Plan. � Facilitates the achievement of all Division‑based goals as specified in the University's overall Strategic Plan. � Related Duties:�Ensures the development of office environments and programs for staff which create a meaningful workplace, high morale, and the opportunity to grow and develop as professionals. � Ensures the development of office environments as efficient and effective organizations which provide high customer service; implements a comprehensive program to evaluate all functions of the unit. � Provides leadership and oversight support within the unit to achieve the University's diversity goals. � Fosters professional relationships with members of the President's staff, faculty, administrative and clerical staff, and students to support the achievement of the University's mission and vision. � Participates in community service to support the achievement of the University's mission and vision. � Performs other duties as assigned by the Provost.
Five years of successful progressive responsibility in key enrollment management areas, including knowledge of�and experience with admissions, marketing, and financial aid.
