Major Duties: -Teach Behavior Analysis graduate courses and contribute to undergraduate curriculum-Serve as program director for the Metro Detroit hybrid training program-Supervise master's students seeking to become Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs)-Serve as Verified Course Sequence Coordinator for the department and for the Metro Detroit program-Contribute to expanding the department's breadth of offerings in the area of behavioral health specializations (e.g., behavioral gerontology)-Mentor graduate and undergraduate student research-Secure extramural funding (grants and contracts)
Minimum Qualifications: -Earned doctorate in behavior analysis, psychology, or related field.-Hold a BCBA-D credential (Board Certified Behavior Analyst at the doctoral level)-Expertise in behavioral systems analysis-At least 5 years of experience in behavior analytic supervision-Strong record of scholarship in behavior analysis
