A research associate, postdoctoral researcher, positions specializing in research related to the subject areas of biomolecular simulation, machine learning and drug design. Duties include: conduct research, publish scientific manuscripts, present work at conferences, collaborate with colleagues both inside and outside of the Dickson lab research group, act as a mentor to undergraduate and graduate students.
Doctorate -Biochemistry, Molecular Biology, related
Ph.D. in relevant subject area, a record of publication in major academic journals, experience with molecular simulation, strong computer programming / scripting skills, excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Experience with drug discovery tools, experience with enhanced sampling methods, experience with machine learning.
