Major Duties: - Half-time (0.5 FTE) position.- Provide advising and academic programming for HESA master's students.- Engage in recruitment activities.- Monitor and assist with admissions process.- Engage in regular communication with prospective and current students.- Provide administrative leadership for the EDLD-HESA Leadership program.- Supervise HESA Leadership students' field experience and capstone.- Model involvement and leadership with student affairs professional associations.
Minimum Qualifications: - Earned master's degree in student affairs administration from an accredited institution.- 3 or more years of full-time, substantial student affairs work experience.- Involvement in professional associations.- Teaching experience in post-secondary education.- Outstanding communication skills.
