Major Duties: - Teaching responsibilities include the Intro to Human Resource Management course as well as either an upper level compensation course and/or an HR metrics course- There may be opportunities to teach in secondary areas such as organizational behavior, business ethics, and other Management-related topics- On-going scholarly activity and publication in peer-reviewed journals is expected- Advise students- Service, as needed, to the department, college university, and community, commensurate with professional level
Minimum Qualifications: - A doctoral degree in Human Resource Management or a related field completed by August 2020 from an accredited institution
