Essential Functions: Cleanroom bio level 2 pathogen culturingRaman spectroscopy analysis and confirmatory analysis techniques and machine learning analysis of Raman spectroscopy data.Conduct research on pathogen identification utilizing Raman spectroscopy.Conduct research utilizing Raman spectroscopy for the identification of bio-markers for traumatic brain injury and other pathologies.Act as lead laboratory culturing facilities personnel and have a supervisory role on data analysis.Expertise in bacteria and cell culturing.Raman spectroscopy and Raman spectroscopy analysis.
Qualifications: PhD required.Experience in computational analysis of large scale data using R, Python, Metlab and SAS (includes supervised and unsupervised machine learning algorithms for Raman spectroscopy.Rank commensurate with credentials.
