The primary focus of this position is to assist faculty ininstruction of laboratory courses in all clinical laboratory specialties. The successful applicant will also assist in curriculum development, support faculty in evaluations and assessments, and advising students. The position requires an individual with knowledge of all areas of the clinical laboratory and experience in at least one specialty area. The successful applicant must be certified as a medical laboratory scientist or medical technologist by a US certifying agency, e.g.,ASCP, have excellent oral and written communication skills, the ability to coordinate work with staff and faculty, and possess strong organizational skills. Experience training students or other laboratory scientists at the bench is desired.
