The Campus Equity and Inclusion Director works towards creating and maintaining an equitable and inclusive university. Reporting to the Associate Provost for Campus Equity and Inclusion, the Director will oversee and implement student of color pipeline initiatives, develop and oversee programs to enhance the campus knowledge of equity and inclusion issues, work on retention efforts of students, faculty and staff from underrepresented identity groups, and assist in strategic equity and inclusion initiatives that meet the commitments and goals of the university.
