Major Duties: - Teaching accountancy courses typically four per semester - Other duties may include:- Monitoring the accountancy program for continuous improvement- Staying abreast of changes within the accountancy industry & implementing those changes into the accountancy program- Performing comparative analysis of accountancy program and recommending changes. The analyses will include an assessment of the certification readiness of students- Working with students & student groups-supplementing and enhancing teaching by interacting with stakeholders & consulting faculty- Working with the accountancy chair to meet the requirements AACSB accreditation & assurance of learning goals- Representing the accountancy department within WMU & with outside stakeholders.
