Major Duties: - Teach graduate courses in behavior analysis in online/hybrid format and in face-to-face sections on the main WMU campus- Mentor master's-level graduate students- Provide and oversee supervision of students obtaining field experience toward becoming a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
Minimum Qualifications: - A doctoral degree in behavior analysis, psychology, or a related discipline awarded by May 30, 2020 from an accredited institution- Eligible or certified as a BCBA-D, qualified as a supervisor through the BACB, and eligible for licensure as a behavior analyst in the State of Michigan- Experience providing behavior analytic services to individuals with autism or other clinical populations - Commitment to diversity, inclusion, and equity
