Plan and implement all phases of a competitive national level eSports program, including student-athlete recruitment, scheduling, conducting practice sessions, conditioning programs, public relations activities and scouting/game preparation. Develop successful student-athletes academically, athletically and socially. Provide assistance as necessary with the departmental fundraising and public relations programs. Perform other duties outside of those related to eSports as assigned by the Athletic Director and/or sport administrator.
Bachelor’s Degree and or equivalent amount of education and experience required. Two (2) years of eSport coaching experience and/or three (3) or more years of experience in competitive gaming. Perform all duties in a manner consistent with Conference, National Association of Collegiate eSports, (
