This Compensation Operations Manager will be responsible for:
Overseeing distribution, assignment, and completion of daily, short-term and long-term request and projects; balancing team workloads as needed, and providing training and support to the team. Assuring all assigned projects are being tracked and are progressing as expected based on service level agreements and customer expectations.
Assuring customer expectations are aligned with team deliverables, and keeping HR Business Partners and other interested parties apprised of project progress and statuses.
Providing input and approval for escalated issues and complex projects. Providing project support, sharing project load of the team by completing requests as a senior level compensation analysis consultant.
Assuring established processes are followed, and working with the team to enhance, refine, and improve processes and programs.
Developing recommendations and programs to meet the business needs of a complex customer base. Assuring that recommendations for salary, structure, job design, reorganization and other projects are cost effective and provide effective pay for performance outcomes.
Developing and Facilitating training programs for team members, HR constituents and enterprise-wide in order to facilitate understanding and appropriate administration of current and future programs.
Tracking and managing compensation expenditures and assisting with annual department budget planning.
Assisting Director with development and dissemination of compensation strategies and new programs, structures, and policies. Providing support and input for complex strategic compensation and performance analysis projects.
Developing and managing compensation programs and systems. Providing system, data and program support to other areas of Human Resources and/or for regulatory and reporting needs.
Providing training and development, especially to more junior team members. Coaching and managing team members, providing development opportunities based on individual needs.
To qualify, you must have:
Bachelor's degree in business, human resources, finance, operations or related program. Master's degree preferred.
Minimum 10 years compensation experience, with 5 years compensation supervision or management.
Additional HR Management, Business Partner, or Generalist experience preferred. Healthcare experience preferred.
