Provides support to the president, the president's spouse and the assistant to the president by leading and coordinating special events and projects, and performing various administrative responsibilities. Temporary position. 20 – 30 hours per week, may increase to 40 as needed.
Bachelor's degree required.
Experience in coordinating special events, preferably for an institution of higher education.
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
Experience with Excel, Word, Outlook and Adobe InDesign desired.
Ability to prioritize and complete multiple tasks.
Possesses good interpersonal communication and writing skills, including the ability to communicate with all levels of executive/senior staff, high-profile clients and trustees.
