Essential Functions: Primary mammalian cell culture, toxicity assays, exosome preparation and immunocytochemistry.Maintain detailed accurate records of experimental procedures and results. Participate in data analysis, including bioinformatics for proteomics and RNASeqLab organization and ordering of supplies.
Qualifications: Research Assistant - Bachelor's or master's degree in life sciences, with courses in molecular and cellular biology. - At least 1 year experience in life sciences laboratory. - Previous experience in primary cell culture strongly preferred.Research Associate- Ph.D. or M.D with research experience in areas of molecular biology and life sciences.- Previous experience in primary cell culture strongly preferred.- Experience in data analysis and preparation of data and manuscripts for publication.
