The Department of Mathematics at Michigan State University invites applications for Fixed-Term Instructors with a starting date of Fall 2019. These are academic year, benefits eligible positions that are renewable on an annual basis contingent upon satisfactory performance, availability of resources, and departmental teaching needs. The responsibilities of Fixed-Term Instructors are to teach an equivalent of 6 courses per academic year. Candidates will be evaluated on their teaching record and potential. Candidates are required to have a Masters in Mathematics or a related field. Applications from all areas of mathematical research will be considered.
