The Department of Computer Science and Engineering needs to fill a tenure track faculty position (https://jobs.oakland.edu/postings/19709) in the broad area of Information Technology with interest in one or more of the followings: cloud computing, edge and federated computing, information systems, and IoT. The position will begin on August 15, 2021. Candidates must show exceptional promise in both research and teaching. Candidates should have an appreciation of and commitment to the value of diversity and working with a diverse faculty and student body.
Applicants must have completed a Ph.D. in Computer Science, or Information Technology, or in a closely related field by the appointment date.
