Summary Position
Elon University invites applications for a Compliance Assistant with the Office of Athletics Compliance. The Compliance Assistant will be tasked with various responsibilities promoting an atmosphere of NCAA, CAA and Elon University compliance. The successful candidate will report to the Associate Athletics Director for Compliance and Administration.

General Purpose of Position
Work under the supervision of the Associate Athletics Director for Compliance and Administration to monitor, educate, and interpret NCAA/CAA rules and regulations. Demonstrate a commitment to NCAA rules compliance and adherence to NCAA rules and regulations.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Review athletics activity logs
Review off-campus contact and evaluation logs
Process official visit paperwork
Assist with rules education for student-athletes, coaches, alumni, boosters and fans
Assist with maintaining compliance website and other educational materials
Assist with the preparation and organization of compliance reports, audits, violations and waivers
Other duties as assigned
