Working/Functional Title Classroom Support Analyst Position Summary The MSUIT Digital Classroom Services team (DCS) within the department of Educational Technology is responsible for learning spaces technology support in over 450 university classrooms and computer laboratories. The primary role of the team is real-time support for in-session classes when technology in classrooms fails. A timely response is vital to class continuity, as often lesson plans, learning activities, and assessments are dependent upon getting the expert assistance quickly.
