Working/Functional Title Shaw Cook I Position Summary Will prepare, season, cook, and portion a wide variety of foods in Culinary Services; will work within a diverse work force in an ever-changing work environment; will organize work area and student staff to provide exceptional food service to a large student-based food service.  Position is located in Rivertrail.  Unit Specific Education/Experience/Skills Ability to follow prescribed recipes is necessary.
