Position Summary Provides direct, independent, specialized and complex nursing care, counseling and instruction to selected patients and/or assists in managing and coordinating the personnel and operational activities of the Surgery Department. Job Duties: Communicates with patients/families to gather information and to provide nursing care and counseling. Collaborates with HCPs to receive direction, assist in providing patient care and to exchange patient information.
