Salary Details: (2024 Salary Range) $66,304-$84,597. Maximum salary upon new hire is $66,304.
Job Function Manage the curriculum process assuring the integrity of the courses and programs. Work collaboratively with the Executive Director of the Provost Office to achieve departmental, divisional, and institutional initiatives. Provide management support to the Learning Unit for the curriculum process. Furnish procedure analysis and development, training and guidance for credit and non-credit curriculum. Working Hours and/or Working Conditions Working hours may vary and may include evenings and weekends. Duties may require travel between and off campus. Supervision SUPERVISION RECEIVED: Reports to the Director of the Provost Office. SUPERVISION GIVEN: May supervise full and part time employees as assigned.
Education Associate degree required including coursework or training in computer information systems, software utilization, systems and procedures analysis, or project management from an accredited institution is required. Transcripts must be submitted with the application. Copies are acceptable for use during the screening process. If you are selected as a candidate, official transcripts must be submitted before you interview for the position. Experience and Qualifications Demonstrated work with curriculum. Experience with academic computer information systems. Effective use of Microsoft software applications such as Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel. Demonstrated ability to create and update documentation. Demonstrated follow-up on projects and assignments. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Working knowledge of curriculum. Demonstrated ability for organization, detail, and accuracy. Superior written, computer, and verbal skills. Demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal supervision, analyze and organize tasks, establish priorities, make independent decisions, prepare summaries and reports, elicit and provide clear and precise information. Must be proactive and an effective problem solver.
