SUMMARY GRCC is inviting applications for the Position of Director of Labor Relations, reporting to the General Counsel. The Director will develop and implement the College's labor relations strategy, provide subject matter expertise, and act as a liaison between the College and various employee groups, including labor unions. Key responsibilities include negotiating or assisting with negotiations relating to collective bargaining agreements with labor unions at GRCC, preparing or assisting in the preparation of grievance responses, and assisting the General Counsel in ensuring the College's compliance with requirements of labor-related laws and regulations.
